Initial and Maintenance Cleaning
We will clean your house with excellence!
One Time and/ or First Time Cleaning:
$25 an hour per cleaner, plus a $15 service fee.
*There is a 4 hour/ $115 minimum.
On Going/ Maintenance Cleaning:
$22 an hour per cleaner. No service fee.
*There is a 3.5 hour/ $77 minimum.
Move In/ Out Cleaning
We will help you get your deposit back or get ready to sell!
Move in Cleaning: (Deep Spotless Cleaning)
$25 an hour per cleaner, plus $15 service fee.
*Starting at $315; depends on size and the status of the house.
Move Out Cleaning: (Professional and Presentable for landlord or sale)
$25 an hour per cleaner, plus $15 service fee.
*Starting at $215; depends on size and the status of the house.
**No additional fee for jobs with in 15 miles of 92104. However, for EVERY 5 miles in addition there will be a $25 fee.**

Payments accepted: Cash or Credit Preferred, Checks are acceptable for ongoing/maintenance clients.
