Initial and Maintenance Cleaning
We will clean your house with excellence!
One Time and/ or First Time Cleaning:
$30 an hour per cleaner, plus a $35 service fee.
*There is a 4 hour/ $155 minimum.
On Going/ Maintenance Cleaning:
Weekly: $22 an hour per cleaner. No service fee (with or without pet’s)
Every 2, 3 or 4 weeks; $25 an hour per cleaner. No service fee (with no pet’s). There is a 4 hour/$100 minimum.
Every 2, 3 or 4 weeks; $27 an hour per cleaner. No service fee (with pet’s). There is a 4 hour/$108 minimum.
Every 5 weeks or more, $25 an hour per cleaner. No service fee (with no pet’s). There is a 5 hour/$125 minimum.
Every 5 weeks or more; $27 an hour per cleaner. No service fee (with pet’s). There is a 5 hour/$135 minimum.
**Please keep in mind that the quotes above are for a two bedroom, one bath home. If your home is larger there may be additional time needed.
Move In/ Out Cleaning
We will help you get your deposit back or get ready to sell!
Move in Cleaning: (Deep Spotless Cleaning)
$30 an hour per cleaner, plus $35 service fee.
*Starting at $335; depends on size and the status of the house.
Move Out Cleaning: (Professional and Presentable for landlord or sale)
$30 an hour per cleaner, plus $35 service fee.
*Starting at $215; 6 cleaning hours: 1 bedroom, 1 bath home. Will depend on size and the status of the house.
*Remember to ask us about our move out special!
**No additional fee for jobs with in 15 miles of 92104. However, for homes 15.5 or more miles in addition there will be a $25 fee.**
**We do not service homes and offices outside 25 miles of 92104**
