Frequently Asked Questions

▶ How much advance notice do we need to book your cleaning.

For a small job (4-5 hours) at least 2-3 days. For bigger jobs 5 to 10 days, it all depends on our availability.

▶ How do I schedule a cleaning?

Fill out a New Client or Move Out/In form and we will contact you.

We clean 7 days a week from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday and 9:30am 3:30pm Saturday- Sunday. We can work later upon request. Closed on Thanksgiving Day, the two days after, Christmas Day and the day after and New Years day.

▶ What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, checks and credit card payments. Due at the end of each job.
